Hi, I’m Peggy!

I’m an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with over 25 years of experience working with leaders at all levels to build their workforce talent. I’ve held leadership roles in , team performance, leadership development and organizational change management at  Fortune 50 companies across a wide range of industries. Every business leader presents the same talent challenge: “how do I unlock the full performance potential of my people to drive stronger business results?”
