Targeted Team Assessments

The TOI Team Assessment is designed to understand the strengths and challenges of a specific team. It helps move teams that are “stuck” forward by assessing the greatest obstacles to team productivity and performance, providing team leaders with a clear roadmap on the actions they need to take to move the team forward.
The TOI Scorecard is used by business leaders to measure how effectively teams are utilizing their talent resources. Each team completes the TOI Team assessment, then we analyze the data to measure the productivity of each team member as well as the team overall. Then we compare team productivity across the teams to identify organizational practices impacting all teams. We review the results with all key stakeholders and develop the action plan to elevate the productivity and performance of all teams.
